A quick recipe to cool you down during the fleeting last-few-weeks of summer… Orange Dreamsicles. YUM.
Orange Dreamsicles
- 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Zest of 1 lime (optional) or 1-2 Tbsp Grand Marnier (optional)
Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl that has a pour-spout. Pour into popsicle molds, and freeze for 4-6 hours.
