365 Days of Fem

My sweet friend Jennifer came up with a fantastic idea: post one thing each day that fits with my mission of helping women feel sexy, confident, and strong. Not just exercise/fitness tips, but also food/nutrition and lifestyle info. Bite-sized pieces of information that we can all use in our daily lives to help us feel better about ourselves as women, as mothers, as friends, and as lovers. The “fusion” in FemFusion Fitness not only refers to the fusion of movements that are found in my exercise classes; it also refers to the fusion of a strong body + happy tummy + calm mind.

I love it. And I’m going to do it! Starting January 1, 2012 you can look forward to a short-but-sweet post each day that (I hope) will encourage you to live a fuller, healthier, and happier life. This project is going to help me as much I intend for it to help you… I am going to follow my own suggestions to see if I can walk the “Fem” walk with just a bit more swagger.
