Fem365: Fitness. Food. Femininity.
Can I just take a tiny moment to toot my own horn? A few days ago, a friend of mine stopped me to tell me that she had purchased and read my book, FemFusion Fitness for Intimacy. When she provided feedback, I seriously heard this in my head: “ding ding ding ding ding!!!! We have a winner!!!” Everything she told me was exactly what I had hoped to accomplish with my book.
First, she told me: “No wonder kegels never did anything for me… I wasn’t doing them right!” Score one!!! The primary goal of my book is to help women get to know their bodies and really get a sense of what and where the pelvic floor and core muscles is (and are).
Then she told me: “My favorite part of the book was the way it is written. It was professional, but at the same time, I felt like I was having coffee with a girlfriend!” SCORE TWO!!! I wanted my book to be comfortable to read. Nothing too “icky” or embarrassing, nothing too dull, nothing too silly… Just relatable, understandable, easy-to-read info with a simple-to-follow exercise plan. Mission accomplished!
If you don’t know what the heck I’m talking about when I refer to my book, please watch this short video that I created:
Here is a quick update about the availability of FemFusion Fitness for Intimacy. Again — just to make sure we’re clear — it’s only available in e-book format at this time.
It’s available on amazon.com (for Kindle readers and the Kindle app on iPad). Click here to see! If you’ve read my book, generate GOOD KARMA by leaving a review.
It’s available on barnesandnoble.com (for NOOK readers). Click here to see! If you’ve read my book, do a girl a favor and LEAVE A REVIEW.
It’s STILL NOT AVAILABLE in iBookstore, but it should be soon. Honestly, I have no idea what’s taking so long!
Lastly, I want to help you have the healthiest, happiest Spring possible.
As you may know, I wrote a cookbook a few months ago — Food Philosophy 2.0. It’s full of gluten free, dairy free, and (mostly) grain free recipes that my family and I love. I also created a fitness video called “Inner Core Energizer” that is meant to accompany my book, FemFusion Fitness for Intimacy. If you have read FemFusion Fitness for Intimacy but need a little extra instruction when it comes to the “Inner Core Energizer” routine described in my book, then this video is for you. It is great way to make sure you’re completing the exercises safely and correctly. Of course, you don’t have to read my book to watch (and use) the video, but it is recommended as the book provides the foundation for the fitness routine.
For the remainder of March and all of April, I’m offering my cookbook (Food Philosophy 2.0) and my fitness video (“Inner Core Energizer”) for 50% off. Both of these items are hosted on a site called www.udemy.com. Using the links or the coupon codes below, you can purchase one — or both — at the discounted price.
