Backed by scientific research and based on my own personal journey to health, I am a firm believer that:

a happy tummy = a healthy mind and body = a happy life.

That is why this site, while primarily devoted to women’s health and fitness, is also a wealth of information related to food and nutrition. Not boring, run-of-the-mill food and nutrition info… Not the standard “eat low-fat yogurt and whole grains” line you’ve heard over and over… No. Better information. Information that works.
