Exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor and get the pelvic girdle moving are fantastic for revving up your sex drive. Just think of “Elvis the Pelvis” — in his day, who had more sex appeal, and surely more virility, than he? Exercises such as kegels (when done correctly), bellydancing, hip-hop, latin dancing, burlesque… basically, any exercise or dance that requires you to contract your pelvic floor muscles and/or shake your hips will get the blood flowing to the pelvis, stimulate the pelvic nerves, and increase strength and endurance in the pelvic region.
