Learn about pelvic pain and the gut microbiome in this expert interview with my friend and mentor, Dr. Jessica Drummond, DCN, CCN, PT. We discuss bladder pain (including interstitial cystitis), gut health, and how it’s all connected, PLUS Jessica shares simple changes you can make in your diet and lifestyle to help combat chronic bladder pain naturally!
As you can see from this video interview, solving pelvic pain (including bladder pain) is a bit trickier than popping a pill and calling it good. Unless it’s a simple bladder infection, there’s usually a LOT more involved than an isolated pathogen that can be treated with an antibiotic! But the good news for sufferers of chronic pelvic (and/or bladder) pain is that there is SO MUCH you can do on your own, naturally, with just a little bit of education and some perseverance.
I love that Jessica makes healing pelvic pain clear, simple, and fun. She uses a feminine approach that takes into account a woman’s need to feel satisfied both emotionally and physically while following a specific nutritional protocol. She CELEBRATES healthy, gut-healing foods and will help you see nutrition from a fresh perspective.
