    I have done Quick Core #1 and #2 so far. LOVE them. Quick and challenging, but I can already tell a difference in my belly/core. The movements are attainable and I can tell I’m doing some deep muscular work. Really quality exercise instruction. You have a gift!

    All five workouts are excellent. I especially love that they are done by a physiotherapist because I know they are safe and getting at all those little muscles (and muscle inbalances) that make our core strong. And they are only 20 minutes – I do them as a stand alone workout or do them after doing cardio. This has the FEEL of a women’s fitness class with women of various fitness levels laughing and having a good time together while exercising. It is so great to be able to take 20 minutes and do something for MYSELF that has a lasting impact on my good health. Plus I can feel the work they are doing – my tummy feels tighter after just 5 workouts!
