Who’s loving our new video package, “Quick Core Workouts for Busy Women?” I know I am! I think all of the workouts are fantastic, but I particularly love #3. It’s a little different from the others in that it has a strong cardio component. The quick transitions between high intensity standing moves and floor work increases your heart rate and gives you a nice “glow.” Yet the focus — as always — remains on the core throughout the entire workout.
It’s really something special!
I use music to motivate and energize me during my workouts. I created the following playlist specifically for Quick Core #3 (the songs really compliment the moves and the feel of that particular routine), but it would work with ANY of the 15-20 minute “Quick Core” workout routines. Enjoy!
