I believe in the power of education to help women self-heal. Basic information about anatomy and physiology combined with a few simple fitness and lifestyle changes can help any woman regain control of her inner core, thereby increasing bladder control, improving her sex life, toning her midsection, decreasing back pain, and improving posture and balance. The deep muscles of the female core go through a lot, especially if their ”owner” has:

  • had a child
  • gained weight
  • participated in high-impact athletic/fitness activities (such as running)
  • worked in a physically demanding job or hobby that requires repetitive lifting/pushing/pulling

Community education is a personal passion that I enjoy just as much as my class participants!
