I know, I know… Smoothies. You’re probably kinda “over” them, as I am. But hear me out: These particular recipes are specifically designed with women’s health needs in mind. None of these smoothies are overly sweet (so no blood sugar crash afterward), but they are nutrient-dense and pure magic when it comes to healing and supporting women’s bodies.

Wondering about the fat content, especially in the Lusty Lady and Blood Sugar Stabilizer smoothies? It’s high. But the fats contained in these smoothies are HEALTHY fats and eating (healthy) fat will NOT make you fat. Let me repeat: Eating fat does not make you fat. My friend Leanne from Healthful Pursuit has a great video on the subject (click here to watch).

For all of the following smoothies for women, add ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Start on low speed, move up to high speed, blend until smooth, and enjoy. All recipes serve one.

PS: I can vouch for Mighty Maca Greens as an awesome superfood addition to ANY of the following recipes! Read more here (top of the page).
