I do it whenever I’m beginning to feel “off” – whether from overindulging during the holidays, getting out of my routine after traveling, or just not feeling myself. The Reboot helps me get back on track without feeling deprived and I can always tell a difference just from the two days. I’m thrilled with what I experienced during this two day exercise in healthy eating/starting over. The biggest surprise for me was how fast it moved my bowels. I suffer from chronic constipation, but the evening of day one things started moving. Then day two… two more pleasant bathroom trips. This alone makes me want to continue this regime long term; however, it’s clearly stated at the beginning it is not meant to be used long term, although recommended once a month. I’m sold!
